Non-Returnable Items:

How to Make a Return:

  1. Return in-store to either Onyx Boutique location.

  2. To return via mail, contact our team at (617) 555-1234.

  3. Pack your items securely, including the original receipt, and mail them to our boutique at the address provided during the return authorization process.

  4. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund or issue store credit, as applicable.

  5. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
